The owner of Green Bay Auto, Craig, had great dreams, aspirations and ambitions as a young boy to become the best automotive mechanic in the world. It was those ambitions that motivated him to commence with his apprenticeship in mechanics at the young age of only 15 years.

Craig commenced with his apprenticeship at The Post Office, which later divided into Telecom and NZ Post respectively, and subsequently completed his apprenticeship at Telecom.

After having qualified, Craig actively worked in the mechanical industry for nearly 30 years, gaining extensive knowledge, skills and competencies in the process to place him at the top of his trade. It was during this time that Craig was employed at Green Bay Auto as mechanic and later as foreman.
